  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in shipping impactful products and driving business results in ads or business analytics

What the job involves

  • The Ads Business Insights team is responsible for the data infrastructure and insights tools that help our sellers, ad agencies, and advertisers find and buy against trends and opportunities happening on Reddit
  • By making it easy to discover, explore, and understand Redditor interests, trends, and sentiments, this team helps enable deeper engagement from key advertising partners
  • As the PM for the Ads Business Insights team, you will develop a long-term vision, build tools, and help drive go-to-market strategy of our suite of tools for sellers, advertisers, and ad agencies
  • Drive product vision and execution of intelligence and analytics tools for ad buyers and agencies
  • Draw deep insight from competitive research and emerging industry trends to inform strategy and product decisions
  • Collaborate closely with across sales, marketing insights, and agency development to ideate, identify key opportunities, and prioritize our product roadmap
  • Work closely with engineering, data science and design partners and drive projects through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch

There are more than 100,000 communities on Reddit, covering everything, from food, entertainment, sports, and books, to more niche topics that cater for very specific audiences.

The simple platform is used by more than 52 million people a day and attracts over 50 billion monthly views. While these are impressive numbers, they do pale in comparison with social media giants Facebook and Twitter, however, Reddit distinguishes itself by providing easy-to-find communities for a truly endless range of topics.

Reddit makes money through advertising as well as offering a premium ad-free membership plan. The company has enjoyed continuous user & revenue growth, acquisitions by Conde Nast in 2006 and Advance in 2011, and plans to launch an IPO bid in 2024.
