• 5+ years of experience in support and maintenance of Enterprise IT
• Previous experience working within a startup environment
• Detailed knowledge and experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Proficiency with Kandji and Microsoft Intune or similar other MDM solutions
• Experience working with Single-Sign-On portals such as Okta
• Experience with administering and managing Google Workspace accounts
• Ability to administer and manage endpoint protection services
• Experience with managing logistics for delivery and shipment of hardware to employees
• Demonstrated ability to manage network equipment such as network switches and firewall devices
• Comprehensive knowledge of secure networking technology with particular emphasis on wireless technology
• Track record of great customer service skills and ability to convey complex concepts to people with less technical experience
• Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware issues and conduct necessary escalation procedures
• Experience tracking requests using ticketing systems such as JIRA

• We have an immediate opening for an IT Support Engineer to develop and execute our enterprise IT support roadmap
• We are searching for someone excited to operationalize and execute on an efficient and robust IT support function
• You will be working with our Information Security leader, HR team members and our security and compliance certification vendors to implement, maintain and audit our employee-facing infrastructure
• Building out an automated laptop provisioning and mobile device management system such as Kandji and Microsoft Intune
• Building and managing IT service desk and requests management workflow
• Helping employees with device issues and onboarding new employees
• Assisting with user access request changes and modifications
• Participating in evidence gathering processes in support of our security processes
• Performing change management and periodic IT maintenance functions
• Periodically travel to Denver to provide support for in-person meetings
• Oversee logistics related employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Create user-facing documentation for IT knowledge base
