  • 5+ years of experience as an administrative professional supporting an executive

What the job involves

  • As an Executive assistant to our Head of sales, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization
  • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Furthermore, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication channels both internally and externally, fostering seamless collaboration within the team and with clients
  • Book and plan logistics for travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and meals (international and domestic)
  • Prepare exec’s daily prep sheets for meetings,events, and conferences
  • Understand sales priorities and schedule meetings accordingly
  • Coordinate internally and externally with all levels of stakeholders to align schedules
  • Prioritize effectively among tasks and requests coming in from multiple sources
  • Data entry and other ad-hoc tasks

It subsequently caters to major enterprise clients looking to maintain standards across multiple and sprawling teams, and the company has managed to net major clients like Deloitte, Twitter, UiPath, and Accenture.

While AI-related buzz remains solidly around generative AIs like ChatGPT and Bard, Writer's narrow target market - in which it has already found success - supplies plenty of scope to grow, as AI copyediting tools look set to rapidly become content industry standard. With continued new launches and updates to its offerings as well as an impressive $100 million Series B awarded in 2023, the company is well-placed to seek further success into the future.
