Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have some experience in either influencer marketing or social media management, and good basic knowledge of key marketing metrics
- The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously and communicate well with others,including senior stakeholders

- Creative thinker who can help direct an influencer to craft the best content possible

- Experience in influencer marketing or social media is preferred but not essential
- Experience with Excel is a plus
What the job involves
- As an Influencer Marketing Executive at And Begin you will be working across the entire end-to-end pipeline, from outreaching to influencers to briefing in and vetting content production
- Your role will be instrumental in helping us hit our KPIs and ambitious growth targets
- This role will be pivotal in growing the influencer channel, from strategy to execution
- Identify suitable influencers through extensive research that will be a good fit for the And Begin brand
- Reach out and contact influencers/agents to sell-in the opportunity of working with And Begin
- Experiment with different messaging and formats of contact to see what gets the best response rate from influencers
- Negotiate best in-market commercial deals for each influencer to ensure we are getting the most cost-effective partnerships
- Coordinate with influencers/agents to sign contracts
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure that they sign-up and any queries are answered that they might have during the process and on receipt of the product
- Clearly brief the influencer on messaging and creative format that is most effective for performance, feeding back when you think the content needs to work harder
- Manage closely to commercial KPIs including sign-up volume, CPA and LTV
- Continuously evaluate the end-to-end process and identify any opportunities to streamline it
- Work across a variety of channels including Instagram, YouTube & TikTok
- Work closely with the rest of the growth team to build out your marketing knowledge and help build a solid portfolio of growth channels

With no truly effective solutions available, the company set out to build a pioneering online dermatology service that provides personalised skincare.
Skin + Me takes customers through a simple online medical consultation and work with dermatologists to prescribe a treatment, personalised to the individual. Part of the company's unique selling point is that its made-to-order formulation arrives through a subscription box each month and comes in a ‘Daily Doser’ – a specially designed bottle that dispenses the exact amount of the product needed for daily application.
Skin + Me is supported by a team of dermatologists, pharmacists and direct-to-consumer experts, which allows it to deliver across the business - from skin science to building the technology platform behind it. The company's growth plans include continual development of its services while ensuring it sticks to its ethos: providing desired, effective, and personalised skincare.
