What the job involves

  • You will work on how we tell our story in a visual way, together with marketeers and other designers you’ll create top-notch experiences for the Mollie brand
  • Your creations span across multiple channels, markets and campaign types - including digital, events, and print. Together with the brand team you decide how the brand evolves
  • What you’ll be doing
  • Bring Campaigns to Life: Play a key role in executing marketing campaigns by creating eye-catching visuals, including social media banners, digital ads, and other promotional materials that capture our brand’s essence
  • Design for Impact: Develop and iterate on designs that not only look great but also drive engagement and conversion across various channels
  • Collaborate on Creative Concepts: Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to bring creative ideas to fruition, ensuring every campaign aligns with our brand identity
  • Elevate Our Presence: Create consistent, high-quality visuals that enhance our brand presence across all marketing platforms, from social media, email and web to outdoor, PRs and beyond
  • Be Agile and Adaptive: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’ll need to quickly adapt your designs based on feedback and data, ensuring that every campaign hits the mark
  • Compelling Storytelling: Design visuals that tell our story, making money management effortless for SMEs
  • Impactful Design: Deliver beautiful, detail-oriented designs that resonate across all channels
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure our brand is perceived consistently and effectively, helping make our future tangible and inspiring
  • Support Growth: Assist commercial teams in achieving KPIs by improving conversion rates, sign-ups, and reducing cost per lead through engaging content and design

Mollie, an Amsterdam-based startup, enables businesses to integrate payment methods into websites or apps via an API, improving upon the difficult options offered by traditional banks. Focused on the SMB market, Mollie serves over 120,000 businesses, including Deliveroo, Unicef, and Acer.

Recent funding supported international expansion and the launch of Mollie Capital in the UK, providing SME merchants quick and flexible funding up to £250,000. This service has already provided over €50 million in loans to more than 5,000 SMEs in Europe.
