What the job involves
- Tipalti is seeking an Engineering Manager to spearhead our cutting-edge product area and lead a team of highly skilled engineers to new heights of success
- You will collaborate with the product team to define what to build and how to organize the work
- You will guide your team choosing the right technology, a scalable architecture and ensure code and tests are high quality and maintainable
- Driving Growth and Success: Take charge of a rapidly growing end-to-end product area, overseeing its ongoing development and ensuring continued success
- Strategic Technological Leadership: Navigate the technical landscape of your product area, strategically adopting new technologies and pioneering innovative solutions
- Empowering Your Team: Support and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers, guiding them through complex problems and fostering their growth, performance, and happiness
- Representing Your Team: Serve as the face of your team within Tipalti engineering and beyond, advocating for their needs and accomplishments
