Role
Who you are
- Are curious about AI and how to apply it to real-world problems
- Have experience with Python and familiar with web technologies (React, GraphQL, etc.)
- Have built and shipped production-ready code—whether through personal projects, internships, or work experience
- Care about code quality and are comfortable writing tests, debugging, and ensuring things work before they go live
- Love building & shipping—you don’t wait for perfect specs, you just start
- Are comfortable learning new technologies and figuring things out as you go
- Enjoy autonomy—you like having the space to execute ideas rather than waiting for instructions
Desirable
- Have experience with LLMs, AI agents, or GenAI APIs
- Know your way around backend infrastructure, databases, or cloud services
- Have worked in early-stage startups and thrive in fast-moving environments
- You’ve worked on personal projects, internships, or open-source contributions that demonstrate your ability to build and ship code
What the job involves
- Prototype & ship AI-powered products—from tools to full-fledged apps
- Work with Python, PostgresSQL, GraphQL, and React/TypeScript
- Integrate AI models, APIs, and real-world financial data
- Collaborate with designers & product teams to refine experiences
- QA the software end-to-end, ensuring reliability, performance, and accuracy
- Work directly with the CTO

Our take
Through the success of their own consumer-focused app, Multiply have seen the impact that digitising advice can have. Over the last 6 years the company have generated over 200,000 advice recommendations on over £3 billion worth of assets. And now they want to share this expertise with the wider financial services industry and transition to a B2B offering.
Right now, many advisers still collect information, crunch the numbers and then hand-present the solutions to the client. This typically takes several hours, creating a slow and expensive process. Multiply is reducing this time frame to minutes, offering everything from a full stack digital advice solution to standalone software which can be integrated into businesses.
The founders of Multiply met as part of the prestigious Entrepreneur First incubator in 2017. They are already FCA-regulated and attracting impressive clients, including one of the largest financial institutions in Ireland.
