Role

Who you are

  • Project management: you will have experience in managing SAAS implementation/onboarding projects for customers from end-to-end
  • Experience running complex UAT projects
  • Experience running squads from a product, delivery or implementation capacity
  • Detail oriented to ensure there’s no disruption to client day to day operations when doing re-implementations
  • Experience in a Service Delivery, Technical Account Management or Tech Support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - You will be having direct contact with our customers on a daily basis, including delivering training sessions
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to align different teams within the project plan and drive accountability over milestones to support successful delivery
  • A problem solver: able to tackle and take ownership of issues and challenges as they arise
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets and /or Excel
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Tech savvy– able to confidently to quickly pick up new systems and technology - some knowledge of Hubspot would be helpful

What the job involves

  • As our Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation services to our clients
  • This role combines customer-facing project management skills and implementing change internally for existing clients
  • You will be able to manage stakeholders effectively, build relationships, and ensure buy-in from all parties involved
  • Manage change and roll out new functionality for live clients (renewals, new benefits and re-implementations)
  • Build comprehensive and well structured re-implementation, benefit renewal and benefit onboarding project plans for existing clients
  • Ensuring effective delivery of projects by tracking milestones, dependencies and action points, collaborating with internal teams and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date
  • Be an expert on the product - be able to learn how to do configuration of new benefits and to understand the way that affects other parts of the product such as reporting
  • Own the projects to improve and grow our relationship with existing clients including managing any queries, maintaining formal updates, holding your squad and other internal teams accountable, and handling issues and escalations through to resolution
  • Establish and optimise implementation and handover processes with other internal functions, ensuring a streamlined and consistently positive experience for our Customer
  • Work closely without tech and product teams to raise awareness of product limitations affecting live clients
  • Manage KYC and KYB processes for customers onboarding to the platform
  • Keep our internal systems up to date, making sure that we’re maintaining high levels of accuracy at all times
  • Handle our customers’ data according to our confidentiality and security policies

The way companies reward their employees today is often a one-size-fits-all model that hasn't evolved to meet the demands of the modern workforce.

By issuing prepaid payment cards to each team member, Ben allows employees to choose how they want to be rewarded. This unlocks benefits that people actually want while reducing the amount of admin. It is also working to become a Ben is looking to solve a problem the problem of benefit flexibility. Benefits aren't flexible, but why? We argue it's because the infrastructure itself isn't flexible and therefore, we have the ambitious goal which is to essentially become the financial infrastructure of employee benefits. Prepayments cards are part of the proposition to enable benefit flexibility, but they alone don't solve the problem. We therefore need to be more than a SaaS platform. We need to be a data company, a marketplace and so much more to make this happen!

It's this handing over of autonomy which differentiates them from others in the space. By putting the decision making in the hands of employees, it will allow companies to see how their workforce wants to be rewarded and extract meaningful insight through detailed spend analytics with zero hassle.
