Senior Corporate Operations Manager, Yext

• Experience with resource planning, budgeting, and financial oversight
• Skilled in process improvement and change management

• Yext seeks a Senior Corporate Operations Manager to build and lead a company-wide Project Management Office (PMO)
• In this role, you’ll define the PMO strategy, drive execution, and optimize project and work management processes to improve team efficiency, consistency, and visibility
• You’ll collaborate with functional PMO leaders and project managers to ensure strategic projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• You’ll also be responsible for creating a PMO Center of Excellence and setting governance frameworks, best practices, and project delivery standards
• This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, coordinate, and streamline project execution while ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders
• Create and lead the company-wide PMO, shaping its structure, goals, and best practices
• Define and roll out standardized project management processes, methodologies, and tools that align with Yext’s business objectives
• Collaborate with functional PMO leaders and local project managers to implement a PMO Center of Excellence with consistent practices
• Lead and mentor project managers and other project professionals, building a high-performing, collaborative team
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency across projects
• Oversee project scopes, timelines, financials, and resource allocation across teams
• Maintain a centralized project pipeline to prioritize and track progress against company goals
• Ensure transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders on project updates, risks, and outcomes
• Design and scale project and work management processes to drive efficiency and consistency
• Lead the adoption and optimization of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
• Implement KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success, resource utilization, and delivery outcomes
• Identify and fix inefficiencies or gaps in current workflows, driving continuous improvements
• Use automation and technology to streamline project execution and boost productivity
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations on project prioritization and resourcing
• Provide regular status updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Work cross-functionally to foster collaboration and ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external customers on project progress and key milestones
