Who you are
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws and regulations
- Experience in a global organisation

What the job involves
- This role is pivotal in supporting both local and global HR initiatives, serving as the first point of contact for all local employee relations matters
- The HR Business Partner will report directly to the local Head of HR but be an integral part of our wonderful global People Team, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and policies
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
- Resolve conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of ITG policies
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate action
- Partner with the local Head of HR to implement and manage HR programs and initiatives that support the wider business goals
- Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure consistency across our entire employee base
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management, including performance management, career development, and succession planning
- Support our Talent Acquisition Team by collaborating with hiring managers to support a seamless candidate journey
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees
- Identify and address talent development needs through training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and communicated effectively to employees
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Participate in the development and execution of global HR strategies and projects
- Lead local HR projects and initiatives that support organisational goals and enhance employee engagement
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of HR and Global People Team based on HR data and trends
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
