  • Proven success in a role driving rapid growth over a multi-year period

What the job involves

  • Starburst is hiring a Director, Growth Marketing to bring an innovative approach to driving growth through digital strategy program ideation and execution
  • This strategic oversight will oversee digital lead generation, program ideation, message testing, and experimentation
  • Develop and implement Starburst’s digital growth strategy bringing strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem and a strong knowledge of Starburst product offerings and capabilities
  • Work with Product and Product Marketing leadership to determine the best programs and campaigns to run and align with the GTM leadership team on execution
  • Lead Digital Marketing and provide management and strategy oversight to paid media and social campaigns, digital channel expansion and performance of channels
  • Work with Revenue Operations to drive and measure the outcomes of these programs
  • Provide strategies to drive user engagement for Galaxy
  • Partner with Brand & Creative teams to develop assets for each of the performance channels
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to manage strategic investments in tools and martech stack
