Role

Who you are

  • 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design, either within an agency or in house. Ideally, this experience has been supporting a marketing team within SaaS
  • Able to interpret a brief and turn that into brand-compliant designs that will set the company apart as a result of their quality
  • Ensure that all design elements adhere to the company's brand identity and values, maintaining consistency across all user touchpoints
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and build out processes to allow for the rapid iteration and execution of on-brand assets as required by the marketing team
  • Experience creating assets such as: landing page graphics and layouts, ad creatives, powerpoint decks, one pager resources, CTA’s, blog cards etc. You’ll have a strong portfolio with well-conceived and beautifully executed examples across different channels to showcase your design work
  • Proven experience in operating as a brand guardian and improving an organisation's brand identity. Adhering to and developing our brand guidelines across the 3 brands
  • Experience managing design agencies or freelancers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with demand gen teams, product marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO and marketers to ensure design concepts are aligned with business goals and technical capabilities
  • Strong project management skills and experience using project management tools - ideally in Asana
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma)
  • A sharp eye for quality, attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Stay ahead of emerging design trends, technologies, and methodologies in design. Assess and recommend new tools or practices that can enhance design workflows and outcomes

What the job involves

  • As a Graphic Designer on the marketing team at Cognism, you will oversee graphic design for all three of the group's brands: Cognism, Mailtastic, and Kaspr
  • You’ll be the main contact for all design requests, which can range from creating decks to developing ad creatives and designing event stands
  • Graphic Design:
  • You are a confident Graphic Designer, equally comfortable producing professional PowerPoint decks and creating brand compliant assets to support the marketing team's success across various initiatives and campaigns
  • Information Design:
  • You have a strong ability to improve PowerPoint layouts and design, with a keen eye for presenting information clearly and effectively
  • Brand Guardian:
  • You are comfortable working within brand guidelines and contributing to their development as the company evolves. You’ll ensure brand compliance and help develop processes to safeguard it
  • Process:
  • As a key support for a large team, you are comfortable building scalable design processes using tools like Asana to improve efficiency and output. You also have experience managing external agencies or freelancers to help handle the full volume of work
