Who you are

  • Have a perfect command of the French language and your spelling, grammar and syntax are impeccable
  • Able to communicate in English with members of our international team
  • Able to communicate clearly and coherently, and always strike the right tone
  • Experience in customer support or customer relations
  • Highly motivated by creating an optimal user experience
  • Show empathy towards our users and know how to interact in a way that reflects our values
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the community, site user journeys and forum communication
  • You have excellent organisational skills and are able to manage a fast-paced workload to implement processes
  • Pay great attention to detail to ensure Dealabs content meets the highest standards
  • Available to work 35 hours a week
  • You can work 5 days a week - with the possibility of working at weekends (days off to be determined later)

  • We are looking for a passionate Community Support Specialist for our French community, Dealabs
  • Support the Dealabs community and our Community Support team
  • Dealing with queries and requests in a positive and balanced way
  • Ensuring that our content meets the highest standards
  • Demonstrate your ability to resolve delicate or sensitive situations
  • Understand the subjective nature of managing online communities

With an international client base including Microsoft, Adidas, and H&M, Atolls uses data analytics to build customer service platforms for its clients' consumer bases. These platforms allow its clients to offer cashback, deals, and ways to save, thus enhancing the CX experience.

At a time when eCommerce and online marketplaces continue to outpace high street stores, Atolls capitalized on its valued success by acquiring online voucher and discount companies to its portfolio.
