Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited about the impact marketing automation can have
- They are extremely detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing campaign automation and email marketing
- Experience using Marketo
- Proficient in HTML and CSS is a plus
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What the job involves
- Kiavi is searching for a Marketing Operations Associate who will manage our marketing automation activities and execute programs that drive both new acquisition as well as customer growth
- You will report directly to our Manager of Marketing Operations and partner closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth goals
- Manage the execution of Kiavi’s email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed accurately and on time
- Build and segment reliable contact lists for targeted campaigns
- Perform A/B testing on emails and landing pages to optimize campaign success and report on the results
- Execute event operations necessary for success
- Update and maintain web pages and landing pages at a campaign level to ensure accurate messaging and branding
- Manage campaign automation across several integrated software platforms, including webinar tools, website CMS, Marketo, and CRM systems
- Work closely with all members of the Marketing team to develop campaigns that align with our messaging and branding guidelines
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams such as Product, Sales, and Data
- Understand the lifecycle and segments of our potential customers and utilize our customer database to inform email segmentation strategies
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy policies
