Who you are

  • You must be able to balance day-to-day tactical challenges while building long-term strategic plans to achieve healthy organizational growth
  • 10+ years of Account Management experience with at least 3 years of formal sales experience building and leading high-performance Enterprise Sales teams in a software/SaaS environment
  • Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500
  • Training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodology
  • Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions for internal operations and external customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Genuine flexibility and temperament to succeed in a high-energy, fast-growing startup

What the job involves

  • As Regional Sales Director, you will hire, develop, and manage an industry-leading GTM team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for developing, managing, and closing business across the United States
  • You will understand the opportunity ahead and the impact you can have on the culture, success, and expansion of Instabase for years to come
  • Analyze, develop, and implement sales strategies across key accounts to attain company strategic objectives
  • Enable, develop, and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build a sales pipeline to meet or exceed customer acquisition and retention goals
  • Own strategic plans, the quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and resource planning for sales of products in all stages of the lifecycle
  • Develop team talent and pipeline by attracting, identifying, developing, rewarding, managing, and coaching
  • Coach Enterprise Account Executives in world-class sales practices, including qualification methodologies, consultative techniques, and negotiations
  • Identify process and product improvement solutions to increase revenue, profitability, and customer experience

Instabase is a platform for businesses to build customisable apps for automating different parts of their business.

For example, a bank can quickly build an app that can automatically verify customer income in a fraction of a second by combing through documents such as camera pictures or scans of payslips, tax documents, bank statements, and other similar documents submitted by the customer.

The platform comes equipped with the tools for reading documents, data extraction and classification, natural language processing, and optical character recognition. It's designed to enable creators, developers, and organizations to quickly build complex business applications based on their needs.

Instabase also offers an app store, a growing marketplace of pre-packaged business apps for different industries, such as Income Verification, Adverse Media Analysis, Identity Verification, Trade Finance, Contract Analysis, and Financial Spreading.
