Who you are

  • Proven work experience as a VP or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Solid background selling complex Data Analytics or Decisioning software solutions across multiple verticals
  • Experience of working with Government contracts, beneficial if you have a prior or current clearance
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel

What the job involves

  • Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, Ripjar is looking for a highly motivated VP of Sales to lead our global new business sales activities
  • The VP of Sales is an exciting opportunity, to take control of all new Data Fusion and Threat Investigations (Labyrinth Intelligence) sales activities and to grow and manage a quality sales team to maximise business revenue streams in key markets such as UK/EMEA, Australia and US
  • This position is integral for the exciting and aggressive growth plans we have for 2024 and beyond
  • Build, lead and grow the global New Business Sales team as a Player-Coach
  • Provide consistent global forecasting updates to internal stakeholders
  • Define, implement & execute a sales strategy to exceed global revenue targets
  • Manage leads to closure through a complex Sales cycle
  • Maintain detailed opportunity information and provide accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with Partners to maximise lead generation and account coverage
  • Develop and maintain detailed go to market and account plans for each territor
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
