• Experience with SaaS and technology agreements, including an understanding of privacy and data security, is strongly preferred

• We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet
• The responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Manager will include working closely with counsel, finance, business and sales teams to draft, review, analyze, revise and negotiate a wide variety of contracts with a focus on master services agreements and scopes of work for our SaaS products and services, and NDAs/confidentiality agreements
• Review, analyze, draft and revise contracts in concert with sales leads, professional services leads and counsel
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to carefully obtain and track the requirements needed for each contract,
• Coordinate and negotiate contract process with customer and vendor procurement teams
• Collaborate on and assist with management of practical, organization-wide contract management process and system (Ironclad), overseeing the processes needed to create, execute and analyze contracts
• Maintain organized systems of digital contract records
• Communicate and manage contracts workflow
