  • 1-3+ years of social media and content creation experience, specifically video content preferred
  • *Demonstrated ease and confidence behind the camera

  • Deep knowledge of the social media & influencer landscape – including fast-paced trends, cultural trends, channel growth and brand partnerships

What the job involves

  • Reporting to the Social + Community Manager, the TikTok Content Creator / Coordinator will assist in the management of TikTok primarily – ranging from content creation, creative ideation, calendar planning and management, channel reporting, community management, and everything in between
  • They will work closely with our Social + Community Manager on TikTok strategy and execution to drive engagement and value through creating on-camera, best-in-class, on-trend content, building impactful relationships with content creators and fans through community management, developing data-driven methodologies for reporting value, and always researching trends and ideas to identify new content opportunities
  • The TikTok Content Creator / Coordinator carries the brand voice of Quince’s TikTok channel – by actively engaging with our community and curating social-first, on-trend content that stays true to our brand aesthetic and identity
  • This person is responsible for helping drive the brand’s social media presence on TikTok primarily by creating engaging, best-in-class content that will ultimately drive customer engagement and conversion to the website
  • Work closely with the Social Media team to develop and execute social-first content for potential leverage on TikTok
  • Ability to conceptualize and create compelling content (shooting live or original content as-needed) for Quince’s TikTok to drive growth and engagement, based on platform trends and best-practices. Types of video content to be conducted include but are not limited to: on-set campaign shoots, in-studio shoots, BTS content at photoshoots, on-camera / greenscreen video concepts, content series such as “How To” videos, and in-office content leveraging Quince employees in our San Francisco office, etc
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative and Social + Community team to develop and execute video concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and marketing objectives
  • Identify creators and influencers to partner with on the platform – in gifted, organic and paid capacities as we scale this channel. Partner with our Associate Manager of Brand Partnership & Influencer Outreach to assist in the outreach and product shipment of all TikTok influencer orders, maintaining professionalism and organization throughout the process
  • Working hand in hand with our Social + Community Manager, managing the TikTok calendar and posting daily on Quince’s TikTok - writing ‘post copy’ for the various social media channels, ensuring all copy is aligned with brand guidelines. Implement a consistent posting schedule optimizing times for maximum reach and engagement
  • Own community management on TikTok, engaging, interacting and replying to both owned content and tagged content to help our customers feel seen and valued by Quince. Surface key learnings from our community to our leadership team
  • Analyze and report on video content performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to continually refine and optimize TikTok content strategy
  • Identify best practices, trends and fresh content ideas to drive performance on organic and paid social channels. Be on the pulse of channel trends, new platforms and the overall industry landscape – always researching and forecasting trends and ideas to identify new opportunities
  • All other duties as assigned
