Who you are

  • 5+ years of professional experience experience in strategy & operations in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment, for instance: management consulting, investment banking, or tech/media
  • Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms plus working knowledge of sales systems and tools
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data-driven business insights
  • Proven ability to drive impact in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented and strategically focused
  • Strong analytical & quantitative skills - familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau is a strong plus, but is not required

What the job involves

  • The Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team guides and deploys critical business decisions across the advertising sales organization through strategy, analytics and operations
  • Team members are experts in business strategy and operations, as well as analytical and strategic thinking
  • They are pragmatic and results-oriented
  • As a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager for Europe Enterprise you’ll partner closely with our Europe Enterprise SS&O team and sales leaders to develop and bring to life data-driven strategies to accelerate growth in the business
  • Work across the Europe Enterprise business, in partnership with our SS&O team, on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency
  • Execute on projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations
  • Analyze and determine strategic insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics. Translate data into insights and action, and communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization
  • Take advantage of large amounts of structured data to understand how our customers interact with our product and service offerings
  • Work with and influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Measurement, and Product
  • Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems that improve and scale our business
  • Be adaptable and willing to cover gaps across the Europe Enterprise team
