  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst or revenue operations specialist in Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams (experience in SaaS preferred)

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Customer Success Revenue Operations Analyst to join Procore’s Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will drive business growth by providing actionable insights and divisional operational reporting
  • You’ll partner directly with Revenue Operations Business Partners, Data Analytics, and Customer Success Revenue Leadership to understand business problems, identify opportunities, and improve decision-making through actionable insights and business intelligence
  • This position will report to our Director, Global Customer Success Operations. The candidate must be based in North America
  • Understand and improve divisional reporting and interpret key metrics to identify business risks & opportunities by developing a strong understanding of the drivers behind performance
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Operations Business Partners to understand their reporting needs, help make data-driven business decisions, and influence strategy
  • Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and translate them into insights that can be interpreted and actioned by business stakeholders
  • Partner with the analytics team to execute ad-hoc needs, inform future analytics roadmap, and work with a centralized analytics team to create self-service business reports and dashboards within Salesforce or Tableau
  • Partner with Operational leaders to compile and analyze data for QBRs and key projects and serve as the analytical lead for quarterly business reviews, providing insights on ongoing business performance and trends
  • Provide data and insights for key strategic projects and run the business initiatives
