Who you are

  • A purpose-driven individual who is passionate about Devoted’s mission and impact
  • 10+ years of operational work experience; preferably in strategy, consulting, product management, brand strategy, or operations
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functionally implementing consumer initiatives, new products, or service design
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, and initiatives that involve service design or customer adoption
  • Ability to work in a tech/product/data environment with lean/continuous improvement orientation
  • Ability to cultivate brand and member-centric insights and training

  • A proven track record of hiring and mentoring top talent
  • An articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Product marketing experience designing and implementing campaigns or initiatives that involve consumer adoption

What the job involves

  • This role is an all-athlete strategy and operations position, focused on various initiatives to support Devoted’s service strategy and implementation
  • You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer
  • Role will be a combination of strategic and operational initiatives to support the Devoted brand: integrated/experiential marketing, awareness campaigns, communication, and engagement initiatives that grow brand recognition with B2B and B2C audiences
  • Develop and evolve a “lighthouse” for the Devoted brand that is widely known and deeply understood by all internal and external partners
  • Foster, help scale, augment the culture and brand of exceptional service
  • Ensure ROI of compelling campaigns, communications, content, research, and outreach strategy
  • Develop, sponsor, or quarterback agile plans in response to emerging issues/opportunities with strategic, collaborative, and data-driven judgment
  • Run an internal creative team to drive continuous innovation and impact
