Who you are

  • With a programmatic, process-oriented mindset, who can deliver quality work in a rapid-paced, deadline-intensive environment

What the job involves

  • The Americas Programs Intern will be responsible for assisting the Americas Regional Marketing team in executing specific logistics on programs that are designed to create and accelerate pipeline
  • Program Planning
  • Research new vendors and 3rd-party events
  • Work with vendors on deliverables and onboard new vendors by following our internal processes in Coupa
  • Create and submit program documentation such as budget justifications
  • Program Builds and Execution
  • Create event dial-ins, calendar invites, and ensure campaign members receive essential event information
  • Create swag, event material, and collateral shipping requests for onsite events
  • Partner with the Programs Sr. Associate on 3rd Party virtual conference execution
  • Program Wrap-up
  • Upload lead lists and flip member statuses
  • Clone and run SFDC reports
  • Special Projects:
  • Vet and approve direct mail redemptions
  • Update the NAM Marketing Playbook with the latest processes and create new enablement assets
  • Maintain the NAM Programs SharePoint site and review all events calendar to ensure cancellations are removed
  • Send one-off incentives in Sendoso
  • Take on additional assignments as deemed beneficial to the organization

A collaboration with Salesforce provided a platform that supports IT service management, remote monitoring and management, and cybersecurity capabilities. In the same year, the appointment of CFO Mark Levine could signal an IPO in the near future.
