Who you are

  • We are seeking a high performing individual with strong business development skills and a passionate drive for the programmatic space to join our team
  • The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be motivated to play a key role in securing new partnerships with leading data providers and ad platforms to helping them succeed in the ever-evolving privacy landscape
  • 5+ years of business development/partnership experience & working in the programmatic or ad tech space
  • Demonstrated success in hunting new partnerships and retaining business
  • Highly skilled in building trust with clients by deeply understanding client objectives to offer a strategic vision of how a partnership will lead to success for both businesses
  • Robust working knowledge of the advertising technology landscape and ecosystem (DSP's, SSP's, DMP's, 3rd Party Data)
  • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt in a fast-paced technology, data-driven environment
  • A scrappy, roll up your sleeves self-starter with proactive mindset who will take the initiative to autonomously secure new partnerships
  • Strategic thinker with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams

  • We are growing fast and looking to hire a Business Development lead focused on securing new partnerships to grow distribution points (e.g. – DSPs, DMP, SSPs, ad servers, etc.) of our targeting suite and our Predictive Audience business
  • From your first day, you will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the team
  • This is a rare role in that it will have the opportunity to contribute to building out Proximic’s Partner program as well as securing new partnerships with ad tech partners to increase availability of Proximic’s audiences all with the backing of an established and trusted industry provider
  • We are focused on growth, scrappiness, and innovation, and looking for someone who has the drive and passion to help us put it all together and crush it in market
  • Own the partnership pipeline for Proximic’s Partner Program and for new ad tech distribution points (e.g. – DSPs, DMP, SSPs, ad servers, etc.)
  • Identify and hunt new partnership opportunities
  • Responsible for vetting new partners to ensure Proximic is securing relationships with partners that will drive revenue growth for our business
  • Understand the evolving market, including buyer needs, programmatic industry trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Educate and reinforce Proximic’s value proposition with partners to effectively persuade partners to be loud in market about our partnership
