Who you are

  • You hold a university degree and have several years of professional experience in a consulting environment or a fast-paced scale-up, with a focus on operations, tech, or customer-centric business models
  • You bring a strong business acumen and are experienced in managing cross-functional initiatives that span operations, sales, and customer engagement
  • You enjoy making decisions, coordinating complex tasks and teams, and proactively building bridges between operational excellence and commercial success
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and quality-focused manner, are flexible, and embrace a fail-fast, learn-fast culture
  • You have strong analytical skills, excellent MS Office capabilities (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and are fluent in English
  • You have a confident and self-assured presence—and, of course, a healthy sense of humor

What the job involves

  • We are looking for you as Commercial Operations Specialist (m/f/d) in our new office in Miami, Florida
  • Continuous Improvement: You identify and implement ways to boost efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction across the yoummday value chain
  • Customer-Centric Operations: You manage operations and serve as a link to our clients
  • Sales Support: You partner with Sales to align operations with commercial goals, support pre-sales, and deliver scalable, client-focused solutions
  • Strategic Client Engagement: You build long-term relationships with key clients, present initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Data-Driven Decisions: You use data analysis to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives that drive value
  • Change Management: You champion transformation and a culture of continuous improvement across teams
  • Stakeholder Alignment: You collaborate with leadership and clients, including C-level, to develop and implement strategic initiatives
