Role
Who you are
- 3+ years experience with the full stack (Backend: Node/Express, Postgres; Frontend: React)
- Desire to meet our customers, pick up insights, rapidly design and ship tasteful solutions, get their feedback, and iterate.
- Confidence to work independently - only Aglide founders spending a small portion of their time here.
- Comfortable with the day-to-day demands of a growth startup - able to move fast, using modern tools, without getting distracted by fads.
Desirable
- Experience with any of the following: Typescript, Electron, Web-scripting (Puppeteer a massive plus), Chrome Extensions.
- Experience building highly secure systems, e.g. zero-trust and end-to-end encryption.
- Experience with cybersecurity or knowledge of SSO, identity, etc.
- Worked in startups, and willing to help us shape team processes and culture.
What the job involves
- Build features start to finish (plan; build, test, ship; iterate) - often in less then a week.
- Work directly with our enterprise customers - hearing their problems before rapidly designing and shipping tasteful solutions.

Our take
