Who you are

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly within the video game or related creative industries

What the job involves

  • To support the ongoing growth of our Art Services studios, we are currently looking to add the new position of Business Development Manager - Video Game Art Services to our Create division leadership team
  • In this role you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue within the Create Division
  • This role focuses on identifying and securing new clients in both the video game sector and adjacent markets
  • To succeed in this role you will be proactive and results-driven, with the ability to develop strategies for new business types, and collaborate with the service line leadership and business development team to devise approaches and models that complement our core business
  • We’re looking for energetic individuals who are excited to make their mark on an exciting new chapter for the Art service line
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the video game art services sector and adjacent markets
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects
  • Secure new business deals to meet clear revenue targets
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met
  • Develop strategies to pursue new types of business and market opportunities
  • Work with the service line to devise new business approaches and models that complement our core business
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential new business opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Service Line Director for strategic planning
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets
  • Adjust strategies and tactics as necessary to achieve goals
