Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

What the job involves

  • As an Implementation Specialist at Rho, you will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our clients, helping them harness the full potential of our comprehensive product suite. This role places you at the heart of Rho's rapid growth trajectory, surrounded by a team that is enthusiastic about our customers and passionate about our products
  • Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, guiding them through implementing Rho solutions across various domains such as banking and expense management and accounting Integrations.
  • You'll work closely with our operations and product teams to enhance implementation processes, lead product launches, and contribute to team growth. Depending on your experience and our business needs, you'll be aligned with the customer segment that best fits your skills during the interview process
  • Lead the implementation process for clients across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and IT platforms
  • Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines are met
  • Facilitate the adoption of Rho products, driving customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuous support
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address customer issues and suggest product improvements
  • Assist in developing and refining implementation processes and best practices
