Who you are

  • Experience working with push notifications, SMS, and mobile CRM channels
  • A strong understanding of CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign or similar ESPs
  • A creative, proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to manage projects across multiple markets

Desirable

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard or Classic
  • Experience with Looker and Adobe Analytics
  • Affinity and interest for technical projects
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar field

What the job involves

  • As our CRM App Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our apps by developing and executing CRM campaigns across push notifications, SMS, and other mobile CRM channels
  • Lead the creation of engaging push notifications, SMS, and other mobile CRM campaigns
  • Manage CRM marketing operations across multiple markets
  • Work closely with the CRM App Lead to optimise campaigns for customer retention and revenue growth
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to improve future strategies
  • Participate in A/B testing and technical projects to enhance CRM channel performance and scalability
