What the job involves

  • As a Client Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic market clients, providing tactical assistance to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of client success strategies for enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate closely with a senior Client Success team member to streamline client administration and ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing experience
  • Manage day-to-day client requests, service delivery coordination, and escalation of issues to the appropriate teams
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns with the support of Senior Client Success team members
  • Support data integrity by keeping client records updated and running client health checks
  • Assist in the development and delivery of client performance and satisfaction reporting
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to escalate client issues, track resolution progress, and ensure timely follow-up on open items. Communicate specific client needs, coordinate internal resources, and provide detailed updates to clients on resolution status
