- Currently enrolled in an university course mandatory for this internship

- The Event and Engagement Intern will play a key role in assisting the Events Team while also supporting the wider Customer Experience Leadership Team
- The aim of the internship is to provide valuable insight and experience in event and engagement campaign planning, coordination, project management and communications
- Working under the immediate supervision of the Events & Community Engagement Manager, this position requires strong creative skills, excellent written communication skills and strong verbal communications skills with some experience in managing events desirable
- This role will focus on day-to-day execution of teammate events and engagement campaigns
- Working as part of the events team and supporting with all aspects of event planning from concept to delivery
- Creation of creative collateral – Posters, Newsletter Articles, PowerPoint Slides
- Hands-on event management support at events
- Managing leader boards, data and evaluating engagement campaigns
- Supporting the Customer Experience Leadership Team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects
- Other office and/or administrative duties as required
