What the job involves

  • As a Digital Paid Advertising Specialist at Gesture you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve the marketing objectives set by the company
  • You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, conversions, and revenue while maximizing ROI
  • Your expertise in digital advertising platforms, data analysis, and strategic thinking will be essential in achieving success in this role
  • Collaborate with the senior management team and other departments to understand their objectives and develop effective digital advertising strategies
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, keywords, and competitors to inform campaign planning
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to meet performance goals
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and other departments, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for optimization
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates and click-through rates
  • Implement data-driven optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance continuously
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI
  • Provide management with budget recommendations based on performance and objectives
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features to remain at the forefront of digital advertising practices
