Our take

Threads Styling is a unique company in the fashion space. It's not your typical eCommerce website and has no warehouses or suppliers. Instead, it combines a strong editorial strategy with a novel distribution method, with users getting recommendations through their favourite chat app on their phone.

Threads Styling works on services like WeChat, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, and iMessage. On the other end of the conversation, users interact with human shopping assistants to makes the experience unique and completely personalised. There's no newsletter and no app to download, as it integrates directly with the apps people are already using.

With the launch of its B2B model, Thread Connect, the company has placed itself well to expand its community and make its mark on the global market. As a pioneer for the new era of chat-based commerce, it has excited numerous fashion fans, and is certainly one to watch in the future.
