Who you are

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience required. May have advanced university degree
  • Typically 3+ or more years of related work experience
  • Fluent in english
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Italian

What the job involves

  • The HPFS Sales Associate supports a team of Account Executives and Account Managers by handling various sales activities that improve productivity and drive better results
  • This role involves performing a wide range of sales and administrative tasks, allowing AEs and AMs to focus more on selling within their assigned accounts
  • The SA role includes an overlay quota based on the direct quotas assigned to the AEs and AMs it supports
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for customers and partners
  • Filter and complete business requests independently
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring they are routed to the appropriate salesperson
  • Maintain regular communication with AEs and AMs, providing updates on ongoing activities
  • Perform administrative sales tasks essential to achieving the team’s sales objectives
  • Assist in updating sales funnel/pipeline data in a timely manner
  • Proactively follow up with customers and partners on proposals and required documentation to ensure timely completion
