Who you are
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years Sales/Customer Service work or internship experience

What the job involves
- In this role, you will be the face of Forward - educating prospective members on the benefits of having accessible, preventative healthcare through their Forward Membership
- Own the entire onsite lead journey from start to finish
- Lead product demos and take prospective members through a tangible, immersive experience that shows them what being a Forward member looks like and feels like
- Be on your feet - you will engage our prospective members as they walk by our site and tell them about our mission to bring them better healthcare
- Wear many hats - we need someone who can do many things well with little hand holding and can easily pivot as priorities shift
- We’re small and scrappy, so it’s crucial that you’re able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances
