What the job involves

  • We’re looking to hire a full-time remote Sales Representative
  • For this role, your primary focus will be on taking inbound sales calls, conducting outreach, prospecting, and leading qualification cadences/campaigns
  • We need someone who will connect Outliant with as many leads as possible and determine if they’re good customer fits, and will connect and learn about our businesses and needs
  • You’ll be able to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality
  • Conduct initial consultation calls with inbound leads to understand their business needs and goals
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate client needs to the sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through diligent follow-up and relationship building
  • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage and track leads, activities, and sales pipelines
  • Do outreach to both inbound and cold leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
