Who you are

  • Minimum 2+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS software and related technology industry
  • Proven ability to drive and close sales deals, with a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market trends
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and client loyalty
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and support, to achieve overall business objectives
  • Ability to qualify inbound leads or outbound prospect target prospect accounts
  • Ability to use automated technology to run their own demo
  • This position demands a proactive, results-driven approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products or services

What the job involves

  • As a Commercial Account Executive at Tipalti you will play a vital role in our dynamic sales team selling our SaaS Fintech solution
  • Your primary focus will be achieving revenue targets through outbound sales activity and inbound leads generated through the collaborative efforts of our exceptional SDRs, Marketing, and Alliance partners
  • The role will be responsible for building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs
  • Own the sales cycle - from the prospecting stage to deal close
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives are met
  • Strong understanding of the Tipalti product value and ability to communicate the business impact of our product offerings to key decision makers
  • Manage the sourcing of new opportunities by meeting activity metrics
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are meet

The company aims to free up financial departments’ time without compromising their software stack and workflows through its end-to-end payment automation solutions.
