Role
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience managing commerce projects within technology-driven environments
- You have 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Product Manager in a collaborative, agile environment
- Strong understanding of agile software development principles and technology concepts (APIs, Middleware, Headless, Cloud)
- You are experienced and passionate about design-thinking methodologies and tools
- You have experience with rapid prototyping, visualisation (Figma), and testing
- Fluency in the English language is essential, and fluency in the German language is a plus
- You are okay with periodic travelling to customer locations (up to 25% of a working time)
- You are intellectually curious, like challenging the status quo, and learning is a natural process and inspiration for you
- You actually enjoy working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while embracing change positively
- You strive for innovation and are curious and passionate about anything AI and automation-related
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills

- Quality Assurance Expertise: Experience as a QA Engineer, contributing to both development and testing phases, ensuring our products meet the highest standards
- Client Management: Proven success in a consulting or agency environment, with a strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects that exceed expectations
- UX/UI Design Proficiency: Skills in UX/UI design principles and tools, allowing you to create intuitive, user-friendly designs
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Ability to analyse data and create visual insights, driving informed data-driven decisions
- Project Management Expertise: Knowledge of methodologies like PMP or PRINCE2, demonstrating your advanced project management capabilities

- You will join the team with an impressive track record and be the key player in steering complex global project deliveries. Our Expert Services team is a strong interdisciplinary team committed to bringing significant business value to our clients
- As a key player at Spryker, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology, transformative business solutions and Customer Experience
- Engage with Spryker clients to understand and analyse their business requirements, processes, and system landscape
- Utilise your experience to develop comprehensive solution approaches, including Acceptance Criteria, Flows, and wireframes tailored to meet client needs and ready for refinement and estimation by development teams
- Design, visualise, and document detailed solutions for clients and internal development teams
- Create high-detail deliverables, including Figma designs, personas, process diagrams, user journeys, user stories, acceptance criteria, and in-scope/out-of-scope documentation
- Apply agile software product development principles and techniques such as outcome-focused development, impact mapping, lean methodologies, and design thinking
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of solutions
- Lead prototyping efforts to visualise and test solution concepts
- Analyse testing outcomes and iterate on designs to optimise for business value and customer experience
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Provide lateral leadership within the team, fostering a collaborative and autonomous working environment

That said, the profiles of Spryker competitors such as German Commercetools and US-based Shogun have also significantly increased.
Despite this competition, Spryker has expanded into the US market, adding new capabilities like the "Composable Value Services" tools and integrating Stripe into its platform to enhance financial processes. Along with appointing a new Global Chief Revenue Officer. These strategic moves align with this goal to capture a significant share of the global eCommerce software market.
