Who you are

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Have a native level of oral and written Catalan and Spanish. Proficiency in English is also required

What the job involves

  • Define, document, and distribute content standards. Upload plan content to BackOffice
  • Develop Fever's style guide
  • Writing copy for our content, newsletter, and other required publications
  • Translate content into your native language, including the use of machine translation systems
  • Engage our users through original and compelling copies
  • Work closely with our Sales team to fully understand the events
  • Work with our Marketing team to build the Fever brand through social media
  • Define and sustain the quality standards of our brand through text
  • Evaluate and develop the Content Strategy to cater to our users

What has set Fever apart from its major competitors in the events booking space, such as major player Eventbrite, is its use of data. Its data-driven approach allows it to recommend the events that users will be most interested in. It has also allowed it to analyse consumer data to host its own Fever Originals events, much like Netflix uses data to produce Netflix Originals customised to consumer demands.

The company claims it can identify the characteristics of a successful event, mitigating the risk for event promoters and brands involved in its Fever Originals events. With multiple funding rounds under its belt, Fever is well placed to grow with the experience and expertise that comes from top industry investors and is investing in new and innovative global entertainment content opportunities whilst continuing expansion into new markets.
