• 8+ years of data engineering experience especially in supporting data analytics platforms and teams
• Strong communication skills with people at all levels of data/technical proficiency
• Demonstrated expertise with data pipelines to address complex scalability and performance concerns
• Ability to create robust data standards for internal and cross-functional teams
• Extensive experience in SQL and data warehouse design and implementation
• Good software development skills, preferably in Python or Go
