Role

Who you are

  • Hands-on Engineering experience with AI/ML tools within any domain or vertical (generative AI a huge plus), with the ability to communicate reference architecture and how our products fit
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to effectively communicate concepts using code
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, and product-led growth
  • A portfolio of demos and blog posts, and/or a demonstrated ability to build custom demos
  • Ability to build and drive interactions with various audiences and stakeholders through trust
  • The ability to engage internal and external stakeholders with a balance of expertise and enthusiasm

Desirable

  • A social media presence and/or history of presenting at conferences
  • Familiarity with technical marketing tools, SEO, etc
  • Hands-on experience with production of live media (e.g., podcasts, live streams, videos, etc.)

What the job involves

  • Arthur is looking for a Growth Engineer who will work internally with our teams to build excitement for Arthur's suite of products with developers and technical users
  • In this role, you will use your expertise to help guide Arthur users through the user experience from acquisition to continuous engagement
  • Develop communication strategy by building, maintaining and contributing to open-source projects, writing blog content, hosting webinars, attending conferences, etc
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and champion new strategies to engage developers from the broader AI / ML Ops community with Arthur's product suite
  • Collaborate on our sales motions to establish credibility with potential customers in discovery conversations
  • Work with internal teams to help new and existing customers use Arthur's tools to succeed with their AI plans
  • Act as an additional trusted “voice of the customer” in product-focused meetings and conversations

Arthur was founded with one clear mission: to help companies ensure the long-term performance of their AI systems. As artificial intelligence continues to gain momentum - projected to reach nearly $3000B in the market value by 2027 - performance monitoring and risk management have become major hurdles. While machine learning models are designed to improve and adapt of their own, it's crucial to have safeguards in place to guarantee they're working as intended.

Arthur's growth has been nothing short of impressive, with an early 300% increase in revenue in 2020. This rapid success was further fueled by a$42M Series B investment in 2022.
