Who you are

  • We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with solid technical experience gained through past development, technical consulting, and client facing engagements in a SaaS environment
  • You will be comfortable working simultaneously on multiple projects with varying operational and technical challenges
  • 3+ years of Technical Project Management experience with demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes and tools gained ideally in a SaaS/CX/CCaaS domain
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering / Computing field or similar
  • Knowledge of APIs, application layer protocols (e.g. HTTP) and Integrations - experience with tools like Postman, SOAP UI etc
  • Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between client stakeholders and Sprinklr Product Managers, and Engineering teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in 2nd European language is desirable but not mandatory

What the job involves

  • As a Technical Project Manager, you will undertake and deliver complex integrations involving Sprinklr and 3rd party systems including Social, CRMs, ERPs, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Analytics platforms for our customers
  • You will offer technical guidance and ensure that the project adheres to technical standards and best practices
  • From reviewing project scopes to offering technical oversight, coordination, risk management, reporting, and documenting, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Own end to end delivery of Sprinklr Integrations in the assigned project/program
  • Create comprehensive project plans that outline the project's phases, tasks, timelines, and milestones to fulfil the Business and Functional objectives for the customer as per the SOW
  • Technical Oversight - Provide technical guidance and ensure that the project adheres to technical standards and best practices
  • Address technical issues and challenges that arise during project execution and help find effective solutions by leveraging your technical background and experience
  • Adhere to quality control processes to ensure that deliverables meet the required standards
  • Proactively identify/call out potential risks, develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
  • Continuous monitoring progress, adjusting plans to keep the project on track
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess what when well and what could be improved for future engagements
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on learning
  • Maintain Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date, including plans, schedules, reports, and technical documents
  • Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and documentation to operational teams or end-users
  • Requirement Gathering – Help with Business, Function and Technical Requirements from customer/vendors
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Resolve conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies
