Role

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firm, in key account management position or in a strategic position in a fast-growing scale-up
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience dealing with strategic topics
  • Self-starter and able to make things happen by oneself
  • Good understanding of the SaaS business
  • Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)

What the job involves

  • You will be part of the CEO Office, a team reporting directly to the CEO, in charge of identifying and delivering strategic projects likely to have a significant impact on our revenue trajectory (ex. international expansion, development of product adjacencies, new sectors’ opening, pricing redefinition, M&A, strategic partnerships, etc.)
  • You will report to the Chief of Staff
  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Partnership development: Identify and evaluate potential partners and explore new distribution channels for Skello in France and abroad
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and oversee the implementation of partnership agreements
  • Project management: Coordinate cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, product, ops and legal) to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Sales animation: Animate Skello and partners’ commercial teams to make sure we make the most of existing partners
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement

When it first launched, Skello concentrated on serving businesses in the hospitality industry, using an SaaS approach to streamline complicated staffing patterns.
