Who you are

  • You have gained experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate development (e.g. through internships or 0-2 years of professional experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What the job involves

  • This position reports to the US Chief of Staff, who is responsible for leading complex strategic projects and ensuring the strategic alignment of US business teams while directly supporting the CEO
  • In this role as a strategy analyst, you will be deeply involved in orchestrating and executing multifaceted projects across various departments
  • You will have significant visibility within the organization, working closely with senior leadership
  • With initiatives impacting every part of the organization, you will have a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into our business and contribute to high-level strategic projects
  • As a US Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key initiatives within our rapidly growing US business
  • You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our strategic projects
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to understand market trends, competitor performance, and internal metrics
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and potential threats
  • Design and maintain dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business and various departments
  • Analyze complex data from various sources as well as company performance to support management decision-making processes
  • Assist in planning the content for quarterly strategy meetings
  • Ensure alignment of business unit strategies with the overall company strategy and priorities
  • Learn and apply the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting framework, supporting teams in setting and tracking their OKRs
  • Prepare for senior management meetings and support governance processes around these meetings
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and strategy meetings
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations
  • Ensure presentations effectively communicate strategic recommendations and key findings
  • Support management in delivering large-scale projects by taking the lead on specific project workstreams
  • Develop the skills and experience to eventually lead projects independently

Raisin is transforming open banking in the deposits and investments sector, leveraging its infrastructure to benefit bankers and savers in the global $50+ trillion deposit market. The company operates several B2C platforms, including Raisin, WeltSparen, Savedo, and ZINSPILOT in Europe and the UK, and SaveBetter in the US.

Raisin collaborates with around 400 banks globally, serving over 550,000 direct consumers. Backed by PayPal, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs, Raisin plans to expand further. Recently, Raisin launched its deposits platform in Poland, connecting Polish savers with European banks via its cross-border savings technology. This platform simplifies access to diverse deposit products across Europe, enhancing safety and convenience.

In late 2023, Raisin announced it had reached €50 billion in assets under administration, with significant growth in markets like Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and the USA, and over €1 billion in net inflows each quarter in 2023.
