Who you are
- A minimum of three years professional experience in software development
- Hands on development expertise across GIT, Java (Spring/Springboot framework), Postgres and Kubernetes
- Good command of microservices architecture
- Interest in cybersecurity, encryption, OWASP Top 10 etc
- Ability to champion TDD/BDD/XP Software development
- Problem solving skills and work as a team to make them a reality
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment where your ideas and opinions are valued and respected
What the job involves
- As a Software Engineer, you will put your development expertise to work, building remarkable, digital products in Agile environments using a variety of languages and frameworks
- Work on large-scale, multiple industries, eCommerce and enterprise-level software development projects using languages and technologies such as Java, SpringBoot, AWS, MySQL and more
- Champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients

With recent funding secured from the Business Growth Fund, the next few years are set-out to be an interesting time for AND Digital. The company has been well poised to deal with the increased demand for digital capabilities brought on by the pandemic, but the real test will be whether they can sustain this moving forward through their unique approach to building, training and coaching.
