Who you are

  • You’ll have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to reach creative results and achieve ambitious growth targets

  • Ideally you will have demonstrable experience operating as a Senior National Account Manager / National Account Manager, ideally within beauty/luxury/fashion industry, although we are open on industry background

  • Structured and organised but you are comfortable working with ambiguity, in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment (we are still a new business despite what you might think!)
  • You have a growth mindset and can recognise the pace of change we are undergoing
  • Proven experience in managing and coaching, with excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • You’ll be a starter and go-getter with an entrepreneurial can-do spirit!

What the job involves

  • We have been through some phenomenal growth recently and as such, we have split our EMEA function into three; focusing on Southern Europe, Northern Europe and the Middle East
  • Due to this growth and some exciting internal moves, it means we have a number of opportunities for ambitious, passionate and driven National Account Manager's to join our fabulous Commercial team, within Southern and Northern Europe!
  • You’ll be responsible for establishing, building, and nurturing strategic partnerships with our amazing retail partners as well as identifying new commercial opportunities and negotiating best in class reciprocal support to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in stores and online
  • You will build and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within your designated accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility, and exposure
  • Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, and support with Buying and Merchandising teams
  • Ensure a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context, category, and channel performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs
  • Own all net sales forecasting for defined retailers, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions, flagging risks and opportunities in a timely and quantified manner
  • Deliver limitless plans to maintain and drive #1 ranking across the estate
  • Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management, with close collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning
  • Support the development and performance of National Account Executive and wider team, building functional expertise and driving relationship management with the trade
  • You will report directly into the Senior National Account Manager, as part of a super ambitious and supportive team!
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and PR, to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer covering: activation of key launches and marketing moments, eventing, retailer animation, considering both customer acquisition and retention
  • Build strong working relationships with our fabulous ecommerce team, utilising insight from our own channel site to drive performance of Pureplay retailers
