Role

Who you are

  • A first experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, preferably in the mobile industry,
  • Knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, AppLovin, IronSource, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.),
  • Creative and practice out-of-the-box thinking; have unbridled curiosity, passion, and strong critical thinking skills,
  • Ability to work concurrently on and effectively prioritize a variety of projects and can work under tight deadlines,
  • Experience in the optimization of the SKAN Conversion Schema,
  • Solid experience in data-driven decision-making & A/B testing,
  • Fluent in English, knowledge in French is a plus

What the job involves

  • Plan and manage UA strategy and campaigns for multiple apps,
  • Drive the performance of our campaigns using LTV and cohorts analysis, identify the most relevant signals and increase the ROAS of our apps,
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team, benchmark a wide range of creatives and trends and continuously challenge the creative strategy for enhanced user acquisition,
  • Design innovative growth hacking strategies to acquire new users through paid or organic channels,
  • Continuously improve our internal tools in cooperation with the BI and Tech teams,
  • Lead transversal projects and coach junior team members

MWM is a big player in the creative mobile application market, with more than 30 apps and 450 million downloads worldwide.

The company develops music apps across different segments such as production, gaming, learning and utilities. Top apps published by MWM include Beat Maker Pro, Drum Machine, Beat Snap 2, TaoMix 2 and Edjing Mix. The company has also launched a hardware device, Phase, which enables users to turn turntables into digital DJ controllers.

MWM wants to expand beyond music and tackle new verticals in the creative space. Its recent pivot to using AI tools in production will help achieve this, and its currently working on about 50 apps in the leisure and creativity space. Currently the largest non-gaming app producer in France, the company has its sights set on the United States where it has recently begun expanding its operations.
