Who you are

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or Project Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS scale-up
  • Strong project management skills with a passion for meeting milestones and effective stakeholder communication
  • An innate ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • A keen interest in customer communication, AI, chatbots, and digital voice assistants. Practical experience with AI projects is a plus
  • An "own it" mentality, with the ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish

What the job involves

  • As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you will play a pivotal role in strategically guiding our customers through their journey with our Conversational AI platform
  • Be the dedicated point of contact for our customers, building and nurturing relationships
  • Navigate and manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support
  • Ensure customers continuously create value by utilizing Parloa
  • Conduct live demos and provide expert guidance during implementations
  • Collaborate with the team to drive customer success, and be willing to take a hands-on approach when necessary
