What the job involves
- Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards
- Use quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand risk events and loss exposure, providing insights to help rule strategy adjustments
- Conduct case investigations to categorize different risk event typologies, summarize the patterns/features of fraud behaviors and profiles
- Tracing and handling reported cases (e.g. disputes/chargebacks) within SLA
- Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career
