  • MongoDB is a true data platform with a comprehensive suite of tools to make working with data remarkably easy for everyone, from developers to analysts to data scientists
  • We are growing our Product Led Sales team to help our customers be more productive while still providing all the capabilities needed to meet the most complex requirements at any scale
  • We are looking for a visionary leader to build and develop the next generation of our Product Led Sales org
  • Attract, Hire and Retain high achieving Product Led Account Executives via all channels available (internal, external, self)
  • Drive a high-performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring by understanding the inside sales role, our business model, and our sales methodology; This includes coaching on territory planning (including prospecting methods and development of Product Led Account Executive pillars to success)
  • Conduct weekly enablement sessions for development
  • Deep understanding of the local market
  • Develop and own Key Performance Indicators for your territory

MongoDB is an open-source, cross-platform, document-oriented database system. It stores data as JSON-like documents and is written in C++, Go, JavaScript and Python.

Essentially, the company develops tools and blueprints to help businesses and organisations modernise their legacy applications, migrating them to the MongoDB database and the MongoDB Atlas cloud database. With this initiative, MongoDB is particularly taking aim at Oracle customers with ageing applications running on the Oracle relational database system.

Since its release, MongoDB has become one of the most popularly used NoSQL database systems due to its ease of use and efficiency. It is also the fastest-growing database ecosystem, and boasts hundreds of millions of downloads. Recently, the company announced a partnership with Patronus AI, an automated evaluation and security platform, through which it will bring automated LLM evaluation and testing capabilities to enterprise customers.
