Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of experience in the Information Security domain
- 3+ years of experience in people management
- Proficiency in at least one of the following security domains: Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, Micro-service and container security
- Experience owning team-level objectives from inception to implementation
What the job involves
- Information Security (InfoSec) protects the trust & integrity of Roblox by managing security risks in our applications, infrastructure & processes across the organization. As the Manager of Infrastructure Security, you'll lead the team responsible for the proactive hardening of the large-scale, globally distributed, hybrid infrastructure that supports more than 50 million daily active users. This team is composed of software security engineers of all levels
- You will be reporting to the Director of Platform security and you will work closely with every team within InfoSec, and partner with teams across all of our infrastructure group
- Help shape the vision and strategy for the security of Roblox's infrastructure
- Grow the team by hiring talented engineers
- Lead a world class team of security and security software engineers
- Support and grow members of the team
- Drive broad cross functional projects to improve security
